General terms and conditions of business

We apply the AGBH/2006 "General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry". PDF DOWNLOAD HERE.

• You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
• From 3 months to 1 month before arrival the cancellation fee is 40% of the booking price.
• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.
• In case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival we charge 90% of the booking price.
• In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show, 100% of the booking price will be charged.
